# Adding a divider

Divider allows you to separate elements and blocks with a visual line. It can also be used just for design purposes.

Here's a good example of using the divider elements:

# Adding a divider

1. Choose a place between elements or blocks where you'd like to add a divider, click on the "plus" and choose the **Divider** element in the pop-up menu:

2. Hover over the divider and click on the "gear" to access its settings:

3. Here you can customize the **Color**, **Height** and **Width** of your divider:

4. You can also select the **Style** of your divider:

5. Don't forget to [publish your site](https://help.weblium.com/en-us/article/publishing-a-site-tgxmch/) for the changes to appear live.

# Using a divider in a Flex block

1. Adding a divider similarly in Flex block. Click the **Add Element** button:

2. Settings for the style and color of the divider in Flex block are similarly to the previous section.

3. Unlike the divider in a regular block, in Flex block you can set its width in pixels:
