We've made it simple to communicate live with your site visitors with the help of a chat widget powered by Jivosite. Install a chat to your landing and reach out to prospective clients and assist the existing ones. This feature is perfect for boosting your online business and creating a user-friendly site.

Important: this option is available for Pro sites only.

Step 1. Getting the chat ID

Firstly, create or login to the existing account at Jivosite.

Open the Manage tab, proceed to the Channels and click on the Settings of the website channel:

Go to the Installation tab and copy the digits in the script — this is your unique chat ID:

Step 2. Adding a chat to the site

Open the Settings of your site and navigate to the Chat tab:

Enter the unique chat ID in the Jivosite tab and click Connect:

Publish your site for the changes to take an effect.
