Email signature establishes and reinforces who you are as a company. It can provide quick links to important info about a company, and show some basics — company’s name, your position, phone number, website URL, and business logo.

On Weblium Mail, you can add your own signature in the account settings.

Adding signature on Weblium Mail

Open the account settings by clicking on the "gear" at the bottom left corner:

Navigate to the General tab and click on the Identity field:

Add your name, new signature and click Update:

If your mailbox is managed by different people and you want to add a unique signutare for each of the co-workers, navigate to the Accounts tab in the settings and click on Add an Identity:

Note: the first added signature will be marked as default:

You'll be able to choose the needed signature while composing an email:
