amoCRM is a messaging-powered CRM that collects all your interactions with customers via different apps in a single centralized feed. You can connect amoCRM to the contact form on Weblium site to receive and manage all leads and notifications in the custom app.

To connect amoCRM to a contact form on your site, follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Requesting the redirect URL

For that, enter the site Settings, navigate the Form management tab and open the Integrations:

Press on the amoCRM field and copy the Redirect URI to your clipboard:

You will need to indicate the Redirect URI while creating an integration on the 3-rd step of this article.

Step 2. Adding the fields at amoCRM

Sign up or log in the existing account at amoCRM.

Navigate to the Leads tab and click on the New lead:

In the opened menu choose the first column in your pipeline (for example, New leads) and open the Setup tab:

Click on Add field and enter the needed field for your future leads. Make sure they correspond the fields you have in your contact form:

After you've done adding fields, close the settings and proceed to the next step.

Step 3. Adding the integration

Open your amoCRM profile Settings, navigate to the Integrations tab and click Create integration:

In the opened window enter the requested Redirect URI in the first field, grant an access to your account and customize the integration:

After adding an integration, open the Keys and scopes tab and copy the Secret key and Integration ID:

Go back to your Integrations tab in the site settings and paste the retrieved keys into the relevant fields:

Step 4. Accessing the address of your amoCRM

Once you've opened the amoCRM account, hover over the search string in your browser tab — the field where the URL of the current page is displayed:

Copy the first part of this URL in the following format — https://yourprofilename.amocrm.com :

Go back to the site settings and enter the retrieved address in the relevant field, then click Connect:

Note: if you copy the full URL and paste it to the field (for example, https://yourprofilename.amocrm.com/settings/), the system will automatically shorten it to the needed part.

Step 5. Synchronizing the fields

Now, go to the Integrations tab in the contact form settings to enable the integration. To transfer the data from a particular field in your form to a certain column in amoCRM, synchronize your form fields with corresponding fields in your amoCRM account. First, click on Sync fields with amoCRM:

Add all of the form fields one-by-one and match them with amoCRM fields. Email field is required to match as this is the essential information. We also recommend adding the Name field and match it accordingly. This will come in handy later when you reach out to your customers:

Note: you can add certain tags to identify the campaigns and group the customers in the Tag field.

Don't forget to publish your site for the changes to appear live.

Done! To see how it works, try submitting the form to ensure you receive data to the custom app.

Tip: more information regarding further management of your account you can find in the amoCRM Knowledge Base.
