If you are experiencing issues with opening the editor, uploading media or making any changes to the site, follow the steps below to check for the possible reasons:

  1. Clear cache and cookies in the browser you are using.
  2. Open the browser in the incognito mode.
  3. Update the browser to the newest version.
  4. Try opening the editor from different browsers.
  5. Turn off (temporarily) the extensions added to the browser - e.g. Adblock, VPN and so on.
