When you connect a domain to your site, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the records to propagate worldwide. This is a standard process applicable for all domains. During this time, the connection may not be stable, or the site may not be available on all devices.

If enough time has passed but the domain still isn’t working correctly, check the following:

1. Make sure that you added correct records. Depending on the connection method you chose, that will be either NS or A record. Below you will find the instructions on how to connect a domain:

2. Clear browser’s cache and cookies to remove outdated information.
3. Open the site in incognito mode in the browser.
4. Open the site from different devices - PC, mobile.
