Creating a quiz

A quiz is an effective tool for boosting conversion rates and engaging with your audience.


It allows you to learn more about your visitors and, based on the quiz results, offer them relevant solutions, products, or services.

Adding a quiz


  1. Click the Add Block button in the desired location on your page:

  1. Go to the Quiz category and select the quiz-1 block:

Note: It is currently not possible to add a quiz as a separate element within an existing block.


Configuring a quiz


  1. Hover over the quiz form and click the gear icon to open its settings:

  1. In the Steps tab, you can manage the questions you’ve created. To add a new step, click Add Step and select the desired field type:

  1. Click the gear icon to open the step settings:

  1. In the step settings, you can set the desired name (title) and description (subtitle):

  1. Depending on the selected field type, you’ll have access to settings you may have encountered in contact forms, such as add item (for Radio Button or Checkbox types), placeholder, default values (Short/Long text, Name, etc.) or phone number mask (for the Phone Number field type):

  1. If you create a Form field type, you can add several fields in its settings—for example, to collect contact information:

  1. To clone or delete a specific step, click the three dots next to the gear:

  1. You can also change the order of the steps. To do this, tap and hold the icon to the left of the step title and drag it to the desired location:

  1. In the Action tab, you can configure what happens after the quiz is completed:

Tip: These settings are similar to those for a contact form. Check out the article Actions of a contact form when it is submitted where we explain each option in detail.


  1. The Style tab lets you change the appearance of your quiz:


  • In Button mode, you can customize the text and appearance of the Next (go to the next step) and Submit (complete the quiz) buttons:

Note: As of now, the button to return to the previous step will use the Secondary button design, and its text cannot be changed.

  • In Fields mode, you can customize the appearance of your quiz fields:

  1. You can preview how your steps will look using the arrows in the upper-left corner:

  1. In the Integrations tab, you can name your quiz and enable the transfer of responses to one of the available services:

Note: Currently, data can be sent via email, Telegram, and webhooks.


Important: The setup process is similar to that for contact forms.


  1. Once you’ve finished customizing the settings, don’t forget to publish your site so the changes appear on it.


Viewing quiz responses


Just like form responses, quiz results are stored in your site settings, under the Form Management section. Click the eye icon to view all the information:
