Configuring your own NS for your organization
Your own nameservers (e.g., ns1.yourdomain.com, ns2.yourdomain.com) allow your customers to connect domains using your organization's branded records.
When connecting a domain using this method, your customers will be able to manage it directly in their website settings in your organization, which can make working with records easier, faster, and more comfortable overall.

Before you begin
- Make sure you have set up your own technical subdomain for your organization's websites instead of the standard *.yourwebsite.life, as this will be used as the basis for your NS.
If you are still using the standard one, contact the support team via chat or email, or your personal White Label manager, so that they can set up the desired domain for you, based on which technical subdomains will be created.
This may well be the domain you use for the editor, authorization/registration page, and personal account.
- Check that the domain you selected in the previous step has the following record:
Type: A
Host (may have different names at different registrars, such as Name, etc.): *
Points to (may have different names at different registrars, such as Pointed to, Destination, Value, etc.): 35.187.82.108
If you want to use a domain that is already connected to your organization, and when connecting you either purchased this domain through us or used the NS change method, it has the following record by default:
Type: ALIAS
Host: *
Points to: dns.sdata.app
It performs the same role as the record mentioned above. If you accidentally deleted it, you can add an A record instead.
For third-party domains
You will need to register your own name servers in the domain settings on your domain registrar's side.
Below, we have compiled instructions for this process for some well-known domain registrars:
During the setup process, you will need to use the following values:
ns1.domain.com - 185.136.96.77
ns2.domain.com - 185.136.97.77
ns3.domain.com - 185.136.98.77
ns4.domain.com - 185.136.99.77
Where domain.com is your domain.
For domains purchased through Weblium
All settings will be configured for you by Weblium technical specialists — all you need to do is contact the support team via chat or email support@weblium.com and inform them that you want to register your own nameservers, making sure to specify the domain on which they should be created.
Once all the settings have been configured, you will receive a notification.
