Connecting a domain to the organization and its landing page
You can connect the same domain to both the landing page (website) of your organization and to the White Label organization as a whole. Having a domain connected to the landing page (website) will add up to the organization's status, allow you to create your own "business card". The domain connected to the White Label will allow visitors to register with your agency app.domain.com/login , where domain.com is the domain that you connected.
Important: This is the first action to be taken before connecting the domain to the landing page (website) of your organization, to the White Label as a whole, or to both at the same time.
Log into your partner account, navigate to the Domains tab (1) and click on Connect an external domain (2):
Tip: If you want to buy a domain directly from Weblium, check the Purchasing a domain article.
Enter the domain name you own and click on Continue:
In the next pop-up window, select your connection type and click Finish:
Tip: If the domain was purchased on Weblium, the connection must be "Via nameservers"; the connection type for a domain purchased from a 3rd party will depend on which records you add to the domain on the registrar's side. In the pop-up window you will be provided with the instructions on how to connect the domain to Weblium. Check the Connecting a domain you own article to see more detailed information.
Important: This option is available for Pro sites only.
Click on the three dots next to the domain and select Connect to website in the drop-down menu:
Choose the site you'd like to connect the domain to and click Connect to proceed:
Once you have made all of changes and the propagation period ends successfully, the status of your domain should say Connected:
Connecting the domain to your organization will allow your clients to login to your organization with the following domain: app.domain.com/login (where domain.com is the domain you have previously added to your partner account).
Firstly, click on the three dots and choose Connect to White label from the drop-down menu:
Click Connect in the pop-up window:
A new window will ask you to choose your connection type. Select the type of connection you used to Add a domain to your partner account in the first section of this instruction and click Done.
Important: If you added a domain to your partner account via DNS, now you should also select the DNS tab and add the following records to your domain on the domain registrar's side:
Type: CNAME
Host: app
Points to: app.weblium.com
Type: CNAME
Host: api
Points to: api.weblium.com
Type: A
Host: ns1
Points to: 185.136.96.77
Type: A
Host: ns2
Points to: 185.136.97.77
Type: A
Host: *
Points to: 35.187.82.108
Click Done after you've made all the changes on the side of your domain registrar and click Close on the confirmation window:
Important: It may take up to 24-48 hours for the records to propagate worldwide. This is a standard process applicable for all domains. During this time, the connection may not be stable, or the site may not be available on all devices.
Adding a domain to your partner account
