Accessing contact form replies
All submissions sent by your customers via contact forms and quiz forms can be viewed in your website settings under the Form management section.
With this feature, you no longer have to worry about losing leads from your forms or not having time to set up the integrations you need. All responses from contact forms are stored in your site settings, making it easier to manage your business.
Accessing form replies
- To access your users’ replies from contact forms, go to your site settings and open the Form management section:

- Here you can view current requests from forms on your site, specifically the information received from your form fields. Click the eye icon to view details for a specific request:

- Using the drop-down list, you can view replies from all forms on the site altogether or open replies from a specific individual form. The form name will be displayed in the Form label column:

- You can also view requests for a specific time period:

- To delete irrelevant or unnecessary replies, select them and click the trash can icon:

- When you click on a reply in one of the fields, it will automatically be copied to the clipboard:
