Accessing contact form replies

All submissions sent by your customers via contact forms and quiz forms can be viewed in your website settings under the Form management section.


With this feature, you no longer have to worry about losing leads from your forms or not having time to set up the integrations you need. All responses from contact forms are stored in your site settings, making it easier to manage your business.


Important: This option is available only for sites with paid subscriptions.

Accessing form replies


  1. To access your users’ replies from contact forms, go to your site settings and open the Form management section:

Tip: This dropdown menu is available both in the site editor and in your account’s main menu.


  1. Here you can view current requests from forms on your site, specifically the information received from your form fields. Click the eye icon to view details for a specific request:

  1. Using the drop-down list, you can view replies from all forms on the site altogether or open replies from a specific individual form. The form name will be displayed in the Form label column:

Tip: We recommend changing the label of each contact form to make them easier to distinguish. For more details on how to do this, consult the article Changing the form label.


  1. You can also view requests for a specific time period:

Tip: You can select the “All forms” option or choose a specific one and download a CSV file, which you can later use in other programs, such as Google Sheets. You can learn more about this in the article Export responses from contact forms


Important: The drop-down list will only display forms that have already received replies from customers. This will help you avoid confusion: if the site has a lot of inactive pages or hidden forms, you won’t see them in the general list.


  1. To delete irrelevant or unnecessary replies, select them and click the trash can icon:

Important: It is not possible to restore deleted replies.


  1. When you click on a reply in one of the fields, it will automatically be copied to the clipboard:
