You can view all the requests submitted by your customers through contact forms in your website settings, specifically in the Form management tab. With its assistance, there's no need to worry about losing responses from your forms or if the integration didn't connect successfully. All requests from contact forms are gathered in your account's site settings, simplifying your business's management.

Accessing form replies

To access your users' responses from contact forms, navigate to your site settings and select the Form Management tab in the menu.

Note: You can select the "All forms" option or choose a specific form and download a CSV file that can be used in other programs, such as Google Sheets. You can learn more about it in the following article: Export responses from contact forms.

By clicking on the reply of the particular form field, it'll be automatically copied to your clipboard:

Besides gathering your form requests in the Form management, we suggest integrating some marketing services to improve and organize your communication with clients and increase the lead counts. See the tab Marketing integrations in our Help Center for more detailed information.

Tip: We recommend changing the name of each contact form to make it easier to distinguish between them. For that, check the Changing the form label.
