Viber is one of the leading messaging platforms in the world. You can connect Viber to your site and receive notifications when someone submits a reply to a contact form or makes an order in Your Store.

Connecting Viber to a contact form

To receive notifications when someone replies to a contact form on your site, follow these steps:

Go to Site settings , Form Management (1), click Integrations (2) Viber (3):


Click on the QR code and scan it (1) if you are using a mobile device or click Open in Viber app if you are using Viber desktop app:


Type "/start" into the input field and send it:


You will get a message with your chat ID:


Paste it in the corresponding field (1) in the notifications settings and click Connect (2) :



To enable the integration, go to the Integrations tab in the contact form settings and toggle the Viber switch on:



Done! Publish your site to apply changes and start receiving notifications on contact form replies.

Connecting Viber to Your Store

To receive notifications about new orders in your Viber messenger, go through the following steps:

Go to Site settings , Your Store (1), click Settings (2) and go to Notifications tab (3) - Viber (4):



Click on the QR code and scan it (1) if you are using a mobile device or click Open in Viber app if you are using Viber desktop app:


Type "/start" into the input field and send it:


You will get a message with your chat ID:


Paste it in the corresponding field (1) in the notifications settings and click Connect (2) :
