Adding a BinotelChat widget to the site

Staying in touch with the website visitors is the key to successful business. Binotel chat makes it possible to keep such a communication as simple and efficient as possible. Adding a widget to the site takes a few clicks.

Important: This option is only available for sites with paid subscriptions.
Tip: Weblium also has an integration to add a widget of Binotel's virtual PBX to have calls with your clients.

Creating a widget in your Binotel account

Log in to your Binotel account using the link.

Tip: Should you not have an account yet, please contact the Binotel's support to get one. It can be done through a chat widget on the vendor's website.

Go to the Online chat (1) menu item, select the Settings (2) tab and click the Add widget (3) button:

In step 1, provide a link to your site (1), add the company name (2), select the language of the widget interface on the site (3) and click Further:

In step 2, select the operators and click Further:

In the new pop up window, configure the display of operator's data in the widget and click Save:

After the operator data's dialog window disappears, click the Further button again:

In step 3, customize the widget's design and click the Further button:

In the last step, copy the key and click Done:

Note: The key will be unique for each account. The screenshot above is just an example of what it should look like.
