Connecting SalesDrive CRM to your website

SalesDrive is a platform created by Ukrainian developers for sales optimization and quick online store management. You can connect it to contact forms and online stores on your website to receive requests and orders in SalesDrive CRM.


In this article, you will learn how to connect SalesDrive CRM to:


Important: this feature is only available for sites with paid subscriptions.


Note: SalesDrive's interface is currently available in Ukrainian and russian only.


Connecting to an online store


  1. Open your account in SalesDrive, then click on the Settings button and select General settings and integrations. Then go to the Website Integrations tab and select Weblium:



  1. In the Product linking section, select Product code from the Link product by list:



Note: If you use SKU-based binding, each item and its variants must have a unique item number. However, you can simply use product code-based binding, as it is always unique.


  1. Copy the link to the webhook from the Online Store Cart Integration section:



  1. Open your website settings on Weblium. In the Your Store section, go to Settings and open the Notifications tab:



  1. At the bottom of the section, find Webhook notifications and paste the webhook link you received from SalesDrive CRM into the empty field:



Note: You can connect up to three webhooks to your online store at the same time.


  1. Now make sure that the field names in your store's shopping cart match the field names specified in the SalesDrive CRM settings:

  1. Publish the site for the changes to take effect.


Done! Now you will receive new orders from your online store in SalesDrive CRM in the Requests tab:



Connecting to contact forms


  1. Open your account in SalesDrive, then click on the Settings button and select General settings and integrations. Then go to the Website Integrations tab and select Weblium:



  1. Copy the webhook link from the Form Integration section:



  1. Open your website settings on Weblium, go to the Form Management section, and open the Integrations tab:



  1. At the bottom of the page, find the Webhooks section, click the Add Webhook URL button, and paste the webhook link you got from SalesDrive CRM:



  1. Now you need to connect the integration to all contact forms that need to transfer data to SalesDrive CRM. In the site editor, open the settings for the form you need, go to the Integrations tab, and activate the Webhooks switch:



Tip: if you have already added other webhooks, but you want this form to send data only to SalesDrive CRM, you can select the webhook you need from the drop-down list below the phrase “Send form responses to”. By default, form submissions are sent to all webhooks.


  1. Make sure that the names of the contact form fields match the names of the fields specified in the SalesDrive CRM settings:

Important: If you want to use SalesDrive CRM to transfer requests from both forms and your online store, you must have the same field names in both forms and the shopping cart, or separately add all different field names in the SalesDrive CRM settings.


  1. Publish the site for the changes to take effect.


Done! Now you will receive new requests from your website's contact forms in SalesDrive CRM in the Requests tab:
