Online store is a great opportunity to present your products on the site and start receiving orders from visitors.

With Weblium online store, you can add photos, name, price, availability and description of your products. Moreover, you can choose where to place these products on the site — adding product cards is possible for almost any block in the editor.

Follow the instructions below to add and set up your products for an online store.

Important: an online store is available for Pro sites only.

Activating the online store on your site

To install the online store, go to the global site settings and opt for the Your store tab. After that, click on the button Connect to see your online store in action:

Once you connect a store, we'll automatically generate a shop page and add sample products.

Note: Payment methods section is a part of Your Store functionality, so it only opens after installing it.

Note: online store is linked to a certain website. Thus, if you need multiple websites with online stores, you'll need to create and manage each store separately for each website.

Adding products to the online store

First, you need to add products in the site settings, and then place them in the editor.

Note: currently, the maximum number of products in the store is limited 1000 items.

Open the site's Settings and navigate to the Your store tab:

Click Add to create a product:

In the pop-up window enter the product details — image, name, price, SKU, description and availability:

Tip: maximum image size — 1 MB, supported file formats — .jpg and .png. You can also add up to 10 images and make one of them a cover. If you want to add a video to a product, check the article Adding product videos.

The name and product SKU are the only required fields, but we recommend leaving comprehensive information about the products so that site visitors can make the best choice.

After you've saved the item, its status will be marked as Draft. This way, the product and its details will remain in the site settings, but will not be available for adding to the block in the editor. If you're ready to show your products in the catalog, change the Visibility of the product to the Published:

You can change product visibility to Draft at any time.

In the product card, you will also find an automatically generated product code. This is a unique identifier for each product and its variations. The product code can be used by customers to quickly find a product in a store or make an order by phone:

Note: only the product code is displayed in the product details on the published site. The SKU is visible only to the store owner in the settings.

You can also leave private notes about the products that will only be visible to you. They won't appear on a live site:

Tip: once you make changes to the product, don't forget to click Save:

If you work with large number of similar products, you can duplicate a product straight from its settings by clicking on the three dots:

To delete, duplicate, or edit an existing product in the catalog, click on the three dots near it:

If you have multiple products in your catalog, you can work with them at the same time with the help of mass actions. Select the products by clicking on the checkbox and choosing an action in the dropdown:

You can also easily find a product in the catalog by its name or SKU:
