By default, you as a site owner get an email notification each time a visitor submits an order in your store:



On top of that, you can add up to 5 other emails which should receive order notifications or connect Telegram messenger app.

Adding additional emails

Open the settings of your site and navigate to the Settings in the Your store tab:



Open the Notifications tab, enter all the emails that will be receiving notifications about new orders, then press the button Connect:



Note: if you leave all fields blank, only the site owner will receive a notification to their email address.

Publish your site for the changes to appear live.

Connecting Telegram to your store

Step 1. Accessing the Chat ID

Sign up or log in to your Telegram account.

Enter @site_notify_bot in the Search field, open the Form Notification Bot and click Start:



Copy the generated Chat ID to your clipboard:



Note: in case you've already connected Telegram to the contact form on your site, enter the same Chat ID from the form integrations on the next step.

Step 2. Connecting Telegram to your online store

Open the settings of your site and navigate to the Settings in the Your store tab:



Open the Notifications tab and enter the copied Chat ID in the following field, then click Connect:



Publish your site for the changes to appear live.

Now, you will receive the following message from the bot each time a client submits an order in your store:
