Adding a LiveChat
We've made it simple to communicate live with your site visitors with the help of a chat widget powered by LiveChat. Install a chat to your landing and reach out to prospective clients and assist the existing ones. The feature is perfect for marketing, sales and support teams.
To add a LiveChat to your site, follow the instructions below.
Step 1. Getting the chat ID
- Create or log in to an existing account at LiveChat.
- Navigate to the Settings tab, click on the Channels ** list and open the **Website:

- In the Website tab navigate to the Install code manually section and copy the digits in the script after the
window.__lc.licenseline:

Step 2. Adding the chat to the site
- Open the **Settings **of your site and navigate to the **Chat **tab:

- Enter the unique chat ID in the LiveChat tab and click Connect:

- Publish your site for the changes to take an effect.
