Adding comments to your website using Disqus

Disqus is a popular platform for collecting feedback that allows you to integrate a commenting system into your website.


In this article, we will provide detailed instructions on how to enable the commenting or review function using third-party code.


Important: The feature is available for Pro sites only.


Step 1. Obtaining the integration code


  1. Sign up for Disqus or log in to your account.
  2. Click the button “I don’t see my platform listed, install manually with Universal Code”:

  1. Copy the code provided on the page.

Step 2. Installing the code on your website


  1. Go to your website editor and open the page where you want to add the commenting feature.
  2. Add an Embed Code element:

Note: You can find more detailed instructions on adding code as an element or block in our help documentation.


  1. Paste the copied code into the Code Snippet/HTML tab and click Save.

Note: if you add the code to the Product page, the reviews/comments will be unique for each product.

Publish your website to apply the changes.

Done! Visitors to your website can now leave feedback using the added Disqus widget.
