Creating site collections

If you have a lot of sites in the dashboard, you can organize them with the help of collections. Collections are groups of sites that are classified according to your preferences.

For example, you can create separate collections based on sites' status (in progress, suspended, completed projects, etc.), the subscription (free or Pro) — you choose the name and content of the collections yourself. One site can even be a part of multiple collections if needed.

Creating site collections

To create a new collection, open your account dashboard, navigate to the Collections tab and click on Create new collection :

Enter the name of the collection in the pop-up window and click Create :

The collection will appear in the Collections tab:

To add a site to the collection, navigate to the Websites tab, click on the three dots in the lower right corner and select Add to collection :

In the new window, select the desired collection and click Save:

Tip: If necessary, you can add the site to several collections at once.

Done! The site can now be found in the selected collections. It is important to note that sites added to the collection remain available on the dashboard as well.

You can also sort sites alphabetically, by date modified or by date created:

You can also search for sites by name in the search bar:

Note: The search works within the selected collection.

To remove a site from the collection, click on the three dots in the bottom right corner and select Manage collections :

In the new window, just uncheck the boxes next to the collections and click Save:
