Setting up the backup payment method

Set up additional payment methods in your account to be able to switch between them at the checkout when purchasing our services.

A backup payment method will also come in handy when your primary one fails. Add multiple payment methods to make sure your subscription renewal is not interrupted.

Setting up the backup payment method

Open your dashboard and navigate to the Payment settings tab in the dropdown:

Press on Add new in the pop-up window:

Then, choose your payment method (Credit Card or PayPal), enter the new payment details and hit Add:

In the opened window set the new payment method as a Backup and click Update:

Note: You can make a whole list of needed payment methods, but there can only be one primary and one backup.

If you want to access the settings of the added backup method, click on it in the Payment Methods tab:

In the opened window you can set it as a primary one or delete it completely from your account:

Done! Now, in case the primary payment fails, your backup will be charged instead. Besides, you'll be able to choose which method to use for upgrading at the checkout.
