Export orders from your online store
Many business owners and managers prefer to work with orders through spreadsheets. They can be easily sorted, quickly modified, and shared with numerous employees simultaneously.
In this article, you can learn how to export a CSV file with all your orders from your online store on Weblium.
Tip: You can also manage your orders in the settings of your website where the store is located. You can learn more about this in the Managing orders in the online store article.
Go to your site settings, open the Orders section, and click on the Export button in the upper right part of the screen:
Choose the separator you need for the CSV file:
Important: Different programs that work with tables require different separators by default. As an example, for Excel, it is better to choose a semicolon (;), and for Google Sheets — a comma (,). However, in some programs, such as Google Sheets, you can specify the separator you need when importing a file, and then it should also open correctly.
Click on the Download CSV file button — thus, the file will be downloaded to your device.
