Exporting products from Your Store

Product Export is another great tool for managing your store! It is a powerful tool to edit and/or update multiple products at once.
For example, you want to engage your customers in a Black Friday event. You can update the prices for this sale a week in advance using the product export, and import the products Thursday night just before the start of the sale.
Let's learn how it works.

Product export

Getting started

To export your products, follow these steps:
Go to Your Store (1) in the site settings;
Click Export (2).

Next up, you will see a pop-up with the following options:

Export All products (1);
Export products from one or muplitple Categories (2);
Export Selected products (3). To choose this option you have to select the products before clicking Export.

After pressing the button (4), your .csv file will be downloaded.

Editing the file

Tip: We recommend using Google Sheets to edit the file.

Let's take a look at the file's structure:

Important: Do not edit columns marked with ❌. Those columns are read-only.

General product settings

(1) ID - read-only column. ID refers to the URL slug of your product;
(2) Variant - read-only column. Refers to the number of the product's variant. Each product has at least one variant, event if you haven't added any options yet. The row without a value is the base product, where you can edit the following columns: (3), (4), (5), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (18). All other options should be edited in rows where the variant column (2) has a value;
(3) Name - the name of your product;
(4) Description - you can set a short description of the product, which will then be displayed on the product page on the site;
(5) Visibility: hide the product from your store by typing "no" and make it visible by entering "yes";
(6) Availability status. Sets the availability status of your product;
