Creating a Thank You page
A Thank You Page is an important element of any website that is used to confirm user actions after filling out a contact form or placing an order in an online store. It adds professionalism to your site, helps build trust among visitors, and can be a tool for increasing sales or attracting repeat customers.
A Thank you page can be used to:
Express gratitude. Since it's a separate page on your website, you have full control over it: add warm words or even a GIF of a cat.
Provide additional information, such as when to expect a call back.
Retain the customer by offering a discount, useful blog posts, etc.
Calculate conversion by embedding the Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics code on this page.
In this article, we'll look at how to create a thank you page for a website manually and how to work with a standard thank you page for an online store.

A successful order page is a standard store page that visitors are automatically redirected to after placing an order. It displays all the data specified by customers: product name, quantity, order amount, delivery and payment details, and customer contact information.

Important: If you have not added a redirect link after successful payment in the settings of the connected payment systems, this page will be used by default.
Note: For stores created after January 10, 2025, this page will be automatically added when the store is activated. If you have activated a store on your site before, you need to add it through the Store tab in the list of pages on your site.
The following elements are present on the successful order page by default:

Order header ①. You can change its text in the site settings in the Multilingualism section, Your store tab.
In the Order summary ② you can see the products selected during the order along with their cost and the total order amount.
Important: If the order contains a digital product, the page will show the link to download it. It is valid for 15 minutes after payment of the order.
The personal data specified during the ordering process will be reflected in the Customer details ③, Shipment details ④, and Payment method info ⑤, respectively.
Tip: You can add other elements and blocks to this page as needed.
Don't forget to publish the site so that your changes are shown on the site.
Open the Pages menu of your site, add a new page and name it a Thank You page:

Bear in mind that this page should not look like an abandoned place of your site. Make sure you use global header and footer, so the visitor will be able to find a way back to your content.
Start to compose your Thank You message.
In general, there are only 3 rules for creating a Thank You page:
Confirm the action. Regardless of whether you receive an order for a product or simply collect contact details for further email distribution, you should confirm that you have received the client's information.
Be concrete but personal. Specify in the message what you thank the user for – for the order, for filling out the contact form, for sending a request. Write this message in the same style as the whole site. If you've chosen a friendly tone, then continue in the same way.
Provide useful links. Tell the user what to do next — wait for the operator's call, message, get acquainted with promotions or your social media.
Adjust the design of your page:

Add page background, configure the animation and more. Follow the instructions in the Changing the design of a block article to proceed with customizing.
Most likely, you will show a thank you page after a user fills out a contact form on your website or places an order in your online store.
To set the correct redirect for your contact form, open its settings, go to the Action tab, select Go to page, and click on the thank you page in the list:

Tip: The article Contact form actions after submitting a request will tell you more about how to set up this redirect.
For an online store, after creating a thank you page, copy the link to it in the editor near the publish button or directly from the published site. Then, in the Payment systems section of the site settings, go to the settings of the payment system you are using and paste this link into the Page for successful payment field:

Finally, connect analytics to your page to track your conversion rate.
Publish the site for the changes to appear live.
